Sometimes I don't feel fully relieved after a BM, even if it was a good one. Right now I am having a cycle of hard movements and that "full" feeling. I am also ovulating which causes me horrid pain and everything feels so packed in there and irritated. I usually suspect that things like this are endo related but it's good to get it checked out. I love your signature! It's one of my favorite scripture verses. Indeed it is true! Take care, Kathy
