My name is Becky. I live in Calif. Been married to Mark since 1983. I was unable to have children due to severe endo so Mark and I adopted Eric & Brandon. The boys have been with us 10 years. They are special needs kids due to being born drug addicted. I went into shock from a cyst bursting in my pelvic cavity at age 32. Ultrasound showed a large solid mass. At surgery they found severe endo. Part of my left ovary was removed. Four years later (after adopting the boys) a grapefruit-sized cyst was found. I had a complete hysterectomy. I was put on ERT. My pain returned full force. I suffered with severe bladder pain and blood in the urine. The pain has since calmed down (Praise God!), but flares from time to time. I read Dr. John Lee's book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause" which educated me on hormones. Since then I have been using natural progesterone cream.
