Hi Yan,
There was supposed to be a reprint of the Quartet, but OEB may be lacking funds to do this as the major booksellers, Borders etc. will not stock his hard cover Simak & Pangborn publications on which he still owes money. Probably the best way to acquire a copy is through ABE or Alibris if Amazon cannot oblige.
Good luck in your search, the books are not as scarce as they used to be.
