Thanks so much for putting together this site. I remember reading the Jerusalem Quartet when they were originally released in the American paperback editions, and even though it's been 20 years the characters and much of the imagery are still fresh in my mind. Those paperbacks are long lost now, and for the longest time I couldn't find anything on them. I couldn't remember any of the titles, but remembered Edward Whittemore's name. Unfortunately every time I searched for any books by him, I misspelled his name *just* enough that I never came up with anything, and nobody I know has ever heard of these wild pseudo historical novels. So for the last few years I've been starting to think the books were just a hash inspired dream from my youth. Until tonight that is, when on the spur of the moment I did a search for him on www.alibris.com and found Sinai Tapestry by "Whittmore". The title was all I needed, and the rest is history. Needless to say I'm looking forward to their re-release in 2002. Thanks again!
