Hello, My name is Shannon and I reside in Louisville, Kentucky. I was curious if their was a group here locally that I could participate in. I was diagnosed with EDS in 2001 but when I went back to find my record recently *because my children are showing symptoms* They can not find anything in the charts where I was diagnosed. I am having my children tested but problems I am currently having is pushing me to find out more. I would like to know there is more support out there and their are Doctors who understand. When I went to my PCP and to my Ortho they both threw it back to me and told me to pretty much fend for myself.. "we don't deal with that sorta thing" *GRRRRRR*
I really am felling alone in this... Can anyone help?
