EDS is a genetic collagen defect, not an autoimmune disease.
I have never heard of EDS in itself causing elevated Liver enzymes, but many medications such as certain pain meds, and drugs for high cholesterol can cause elevations.
Heavy use of Tylenol/Acetaminophen can be a big problem for liver functions. Alcohol use along with some of these medications can affect the liver, and heavy drinking in and of itself can cause problems.
You should talk to your Dr, Nurse, or Pharmacist about the medications you are taking and their effect on the liver. Good Luck!
