I am two hours from Augusta but my relatives live in that area so we visit as much as we can. We are actually in Bar Harbor but that can be quite a drive depending where you are. Is Augusta a good location for people to meet?
We could plan a picnic in Capital Park or pick a sandwich shop or something to meet at.
Some local groups look into asking the hospitals if they can borrow a conference room or meet at a church but I am not sure we really need to worry about that for now.
