i am wondering what people take for vitamins and suppliments. I want to be sure that I am getting the ones that I need. I take flax seed, Acai, Super B Complex, biotin, Vit C and D. I also do a detox once a month, by doing a colon clense, and keeping my probiotics on track.
I am also looking for more vitamin or suppliments that can help with anxiety and of course, pain.
