anybody in the st. louis metro area?

Preferably in bellville, IL, but any of the surrounding areas would be fine.
I need help in finding an affordable docter to diagnose me formally. By self-diagnosis I think I have Dermatosparaxis, but I really need some closure since my mom won't take me (I'm still a minor.)
Is there anyone else in a similar situation?
