Thanks for clearing that up. So, here's my only concern with not attempting the guard. If we don't do the guard we lose 5 pts off the top. That only leaves us 1 pt to play with and we automatically fail the brevet. Do you think that's a safe strategy? I worry cuz that means Blade would have to be virtually perfect on everything else in that exercise. I guess I'm just thinking that 1 pt of wiggle room is pretty risky with Blade being where he's at with his bite. Thoughts???
