Hi all!
Just FYI... one of the reasons that the collar had to come off in French Ring is that folks were sneaky... they would insert some tacks, or small nails, (to emulate a prong) so the rule was made that the competitor had to had all his/her equipment to the deputy judge, who would carefully inspect the training items to make sure there was no "funny business" going on...
