ON the recall side, try to call him to anything that he may like, as well.. so involve the recall in every aspect of the bite work. Call him to a bite (with the decoy out of sight), etc.
Yes, he should be worked each session on every piece of equipment you have. If he refuses to bite when you switch, act a bit disgusted with him, take him over to something you can tie him to, tie him up, and let him watch the rest of the dogs having fun....
That will work, without you having to do anything to him!
As far as the humping goes... its a young dog thing. Just about anything gets a young male (a young male ANYTHING!) feeling special when their hormones are getting going. We see that all the time, but only interfere with it when the sleeve or suit is still on the decoy, and the dog humps... It's a good sign, though, that he REEAALLY LIKES the bite work!
