Hi there! Carole is right, but you also can "correct" him by tugging sharply on the long line ONCE to "Make" him come, then reward as she has described. Don't "reel" him in, because then he knows that you have some sort of a line on him. Step on the line as he is moving, or you can pick up the line when he's not looking, tug hard, and then drop it. Don't be too predictable with your distance away from him, either. Sometimes, be at the end of the long line, sometimes the middle, etc.
