LOL... the scratch and sniff line got me laughing!!! Actually, I was posting the exact behaviors so that folks know that there are a multitude of things that dogs can be trained to do... Mustang,when he was a pup, was trained to stay quiet, nearby, and out of the way of my dominant female poodle.. she monopolized my lap, while he was regulated to the floor. I didn't want to lose track of him when he was a pup,so I rewarded the behavior. Find a behavior that YOU can accept, and then reinforce it!
