It seems to only be when you grab her collar. They got her as an almost 2 yr. old, so maybe the previous owners "caused" this to happen.
The other day I was babysitting the grandkids and I was trying to get her out of the kitchen...of course she didn't want to leave because the kids were eating. I took her collar quietly, she put on the brakes, and I ended up dragging/coaxing her out of the room. She never peed. Go figure.... If you just tell/ask her to get off the couch, or out of the kitchen, she basically gives you the equivalent of a canine middle finger. Hence, the need to take a hold of her collar.
She's a hard one to figure out.
