If you do a Google search on Dog Pad Care you'll find all sorts of items.
Personally, you have to be very diligent about applying to toughen the pads. It's not something you put on before a walk and expect it to work. We found it didn't necessarily work for us with house dogs. They track it on the carpet. Wasn't worth the mess.
