I would be pretty sure that 110 ohms would work well. The ideal DMX-512 termination resistor has value same as the cable used to carry the DMX-512 signal has. Cable for DMX-512 installations should be 110 ohm impedance shielded twisted pair cable. So 110 ohms would be exactly right.
Any resistor within +-10% or so around the nominal 110 ohms should work quite well. So resistance values in 100-120 ohms range should work (maybe not ideal but close enough).
