I am not sure if something like this is available in the market. This sounds more like an offshoot of a 8 channel relay board which would probably do the job for you ignore the relays and if you rewire the processor output. Most manufacturers offer a bit wise single channel mode selection.
Take a look at the link. JPK has some modules which might work for you since they offer 5V analog outputs as well. They could easily be used for TTL on/off as well with a little innovation.
