You need a DMX Merge unit running in an HTP mode. Something like the Artistic Licence DMX-Merge.

Expensive, to say the least, at GBP 1145 !!
But then any merge unit would be a little costly considering that one has to write code to decode two DMX512 inputs separately...(doing one is bad enough) , examine the data and then allow the higher value byte of each channel to be sent to a out going DMX512 stream. Now that's a lot of processing !!
