I have a very simple setup for a small TV Studio. Using dmx fixtures in a chain (assigned 1-6), followed by a 6-ch dimmer pack with the dip set at 7, I'm unable to get the circuits on the dim pack to function. And, the fixture set to ch 6 only works when the dimmer pack is powered off. I haven't had any experience with DMX until now, but I thought this would be an easy setup. Is there a problem combining fixtures with dim packs, or did I miss something?
