Scratch that: Blake Stone has this beret dude that will absolutely destroy you unless you're smart. As he won't die after about five shots from your weapon, he falls for about 15 sec (seemed longer, not sure) and then gets back up. Annoying to run into him, but I wasn't fooled.
Games like Tekkoudan, with improved gfx could rule the handheld computers of tommorow-today. Porting a game to Win CE should be easy enough, especially if you keep colors and low game requirements.
