What a great weekend of Homestead racing...yesterday's race had most of us on our feet and watching the pts spread between Tony and Carl...it was so close and we were holding our breathe. The crowd was awesome in their support for their driver..but IMHO Tony was the fav! Jr was doing great in the top 5 for quite awhile and I was surrounded by Jr fans..so needless to say we were in our glory Sadly my scanner wasn't working well and I couldn't pick up Jr's radio, just Tony and missed all of Jr's comments...I was bummed big time!!! How does one watch a race and NOT listen to JR???? Sat was loads of fun...pitpasses for NW and we hung out at different pits and finally stopped at Danica's. The team busted their dupas working on her car after the "racing incident" Overall I have to say the CUP race was exciting and Tony winning the race and Championship was a real feather in HMS's cap for their support...but for Tony winning 5 Chase races..what can one say! Looking forward to a better season for Jr in 2012...I see such an improvement with him and Steve. Gotta find that Golden Horseshoe from whomever has it and pass it forward It's OUR turn!
