Fer a Halloweeen costume:
get an old hat and cut off the rim,
get some bailing wire, dykes, & pliers,
cut the bailing wire in 3 inch lengths & bend in half,
cut the rope in increacing lengths from 8 inches to 5 feet,
pick the rope strands apart,
bend them in half
beat them on something untill they are all frayed,
attach them to the hat using the bailing wire like
poke through ties,
short hemp in front, long hemp in back,
and ya end up with a huge head of hair wig
that looks wild as all hell.
If any one asks, yer a "Pot Head"
(hemp rope wig and all)
