I was probibly going to use the train sound or maybe even import something from another game if I need to. If I did import another sound, it would be just as easy to rename it the same as the default truck sound I would think. But useing the M sprite will be the better solution. : Check USER.CON fer the sound numbers I went over the sounds til my eyes bled and I knew I must have just been overlooking it so I got lazy and thought someone else just may know the answer off the top of their heads. Since were on the subject, and remember when i refer to my minecar that I am not referring to the back and forth minecars in RR but basically something like the subway in Duke3D. Something for the player to ride in that goes in a loop and makes stops at selected points. Sectors can't go up or down but a track that climbs and dips can be simulated by tilting the surrounding area.

: An M sprite in a sector over rides a sectors
: LOtag default sound.<<
: associated with the .VOC file names
: to learn which .VOC file to extract from
: REDNECK.GRP fer which sound.
Anyway, thanx for the help.
