That's what Mike used to do. He owned and operated a tree service. He had a crew down below to do the clean-up and load the truck as he went, but he was the climber, he trusted no one to take down the huge limbs between the houses and over the roofs. He had a large local repeat clientele and I would sometimes see him on a job as I drove by. It was scary, seeing him up so high. On one of his huge tree jobs, the owner took photos as it progressed. He had the best one enlarged about 2 ft x 3 ft, framed it, and presented it to Mike. It's on my wall, I'm looking at it right now. Mike had several trucks of various kinds and sizes, all sorts of related equipment, chippers and a stump grinder, and a steady crew. The calls kept coming in for a couple of years after he was diagnosed with Parkinsons and could no longer work.
