I visit my Lady three afternoons a week in assisted living and I've been required to wear a face mask, plastic face shield, long plastic gown and plastic gloves. The gloves and gown are itchy and hot and hard to put on and I hate them. Yesterday, I was told that the gown and gloves are no longer required and I am delighted. The Gym I attend no longer requires face masks when actually on the machines and the extra oxygen is welcome. This morning at the super market, I noticed that the traffic directing signs and arrows have been removed and people can now move around freely just as it used to be.
I wonder if things really are getting better or are we simply going to live with the pandemic and it's danger and hope that it dissipates.
