If you don't get anything in the mail, type the name of the company in the browser, and the main page will come up and give you options. If you don't have enough info to access your account online, call them on the phone. Explain the situation. They will help you to understand what you have to do. Unfortunately, they are short-staffed due to the virus situation, you may have to be patient to get connected. Don't give up. I put myself on speaker, and do something else while waiting. Keep a pad and pencil handy to write down any instructions.
Once you learn about the accounts and what you have to do, it will get easier. I write down when each bill is due in a monthly calendar that I can see at a glance, and I pay everything online although I'm still getting statements in the mail as a backup.
I have a block when it comes to computers, and I need things explained to me. I can't on my own understand what to do, or figure things out. For instance, I bought a laptop a few months ago, and haven't touched it yet, as I have a fear of confronting what I don't know and the stress that engenders. It's a Windows 10. My desktop is a Windows 7. Questions that come to my mind are will I be able to access my documents on the new laptop? Will my documents be on both? Can I use the same screen name on both? Will I have sound? Will I have access to my Word program? My mind just doesn't seem to be able to problem solve when it comes to computers! And I don't have a lot of time to play with it. It's scary to me, but it's not a priority like paying the bills. That's something you have to do, so keep calm, call the companies, they will help you get going.
