Why am I sitting here at the computer when I should be in the shower getting ready for my first visit to the gym in 6 months? Oh the shame of it all. My birthday is this week, and it's supposed to be my birthday present to myself -- rejoining the gym. I also thought I might gift myself with a colonoscopy. Birthdays are so much fun!
