How big a field of corn did you have? I know someone who had a giant dog kennel put up..high fence ... and thought the price was good since it was marketed as a dog kennel instead of fencing and grew her veggies in there. She also had fencing over it, but for that you'd need to be sure it didn't block the sun.
Man, that racoon knew just when it was ripe.
