Going through my button tin and finding so many mother of pearl buttons of various styles and sizes has helped me decide to copy something I've seen in some of the home dec boutiques and magazines - layering them on a simple wooden tabletop picture frame - the varying tones and shades in the mother of pearl are very attractive.
