I told them the dog chewed it up, and it's £20 now for a replacement.
These two pragraphs are after they've told me my licenses have been revoked. It seems they've found another error but when I rang them they couldn't or wouldn't tell me what it was.
I expect they'll want the £20 now because I didn't send them my proof, oops sorry, my old license.
