They are giving me no dates to work from apart from saying 'it' was pre 1st April 1998. (Is someone having a joke?) and in the telephone call last week, sometime in the 70's. Sometime in the 70's is when I took first my bike test and a few years later my car test. Very helpful.
It's been invalid, so they say, every since these questionable 70's. It's taken them around 38 years to work this out.
