Virgin for broadband - £15 a month
Pipex for telephone - £14 a month including line rental, free calls to other people on Pipex anytime, and free calls included in the package 6pm-8pm and all day weekends if kept under 90 mins.
No problem with either. Virgin's servers pack up once or twice a year but soon sort themselves out. Pipex are brilliant for phone, no glitches, easy to understand bill and tarrif structure, no junk mail from them.
BT were a pain in the ass for phones with difficult to understand billing information.
We are at the end of a long phone line from the exchange so broadband is slow but it works.
