Mine's OK, but then I'm in London with a huge network of cables going every which way. They phoned me yesterday and asked me what speed I was getting then told me it was 8 something or other. Then they offered me a TV package to go with it for an extra £3.50 per month. He didn't like it when I refused until I'd seen the deal in writing telling me I'd get it in writing once I had it put in. I don't work that way, I want to see things up front before I agree to anything. He still wasn't put off though asking when I was normally in, morning or afternoon. What for? I asked. For the engineer to come and fit it. Geeze, what part of no don't they understand.
