Headlight alingment

Replaced the headlight bulb the other day,& before undoing the two side screws,i screwed & screwed anti-clockwise the little screw in the middle on the front until i realised my mistake.Then i screwed & screwed clockwise to try & rectify my stupidness,& now the beams arnt right.

Please help me someone.
