I symapthise totally...i used to be with tiscali (who are now owned by talk talk) and experienced the worst possible service, between the hours of 5pm till 1am the internet was barely useable, i am an avid online gamer but during that time it wasnt possible, as for youtube and bbc iplayer then you can forget it. As i am on a non llu line my choices are limited, but i decided to try O2/Be unlimited broadband as i did a lot of reasearch beforehand and they didnt have hardly any negative feedback. The first month was great, got a constant high speed throughout the day, but alarm bells rang last week when i had an email stating the terms and conditions are changing and they would be traffic shaping during peak times. My connection now is worse than what it was when i was with tiscali, i am totally p***ed off about it and have sent some stern emails stating my displeasure. I am hoping that i can get a mac code because i am only in my 2nd month of the contract and they are not providing me with the service i am paying for. The moral is, stay away from talk talk, aol, tiscali (same company) and defo stay away from O2/Be unlimited
