Thanks for the post Karen. You ask a lot of good questions and I'll answer each one tomorrow morning. Good neighbor Dave would never take my money, we work for each other for free. I don't use credit, won't pay interest, pay cash for everything, always. I'm just going to select types of materials I want based on quality, the wife will choose all colors, styles, etc., she ultimately decides. It's almost 11pm I'm hitting the hay, nite nite.
