The Underground tour is cool. There are still a ton of establishments that are below the Street and they are old and look it. They survived the big Seattle Fire or maybe they were rebuilt.
One of my favorite bars is the J&M Cafe in Pioneer Square, 20-40 year old's hang there. Don't forget to go to Ivar's to have fish, it's a Seattle classic. Also remember Lake Union Pizza, it's killer and it's very close to you. Order the Logger special.
Did you check out the Pike Place Market? My sister-in-law sells hand loomed rugs there. Another famous landmark and you would love it!
Again I will mention the view of Seattle from Queen Anne Hill, another famous landmark. There is a small park and parking. If I moved back to Seattle I would get a place on that side of Queen Anne Hill.
If you are going to the Space Needle you might as well check out the Food Circus and there are museums there too.
You could stay longer always visit Vancouver, BC. it's only about two hours away. You would need passports though. Have fun!!
