That is wonderful Mike! It's a lovely school, seems rather cozy too. I worked for the CPA there, a friend for a few weeks and I loved it. They also have a lot of students that work there as well.
My friend's daughter is going to Seattle U which is close to Cornish and I'll ask her about housing.
There is a great museum near Cornish. It's called the Arboretum. It has a huge greenhouse that is fun to walk through, plus there is a museum and big park.
Have fun, I'm losing power.
