Great news .. the AFTCA has awarded the New England Birddog Club and Region 1 the honor of hosting the spring 2022 International Woodcock Championship. Dates to be announced but it will either precede or follow the Open Woodcock in Arcadia RI the latter part of March. We had a great turnout the year(2019) before the "pandemic" with plans to have an even better one in 2020 .. unfortunately the gobernment shut us down... the upside .. we were able to host the Am National Grouse 2020 .. and with a lot of regional support that was a success ... I expect even more entries than either of those events
