I have a DT ST 300 Pro E-collar that doesn't reach out like it should. I've checked the battery packs. The transmitter has a 7.2 V 300 mAh NiMH that measured 7.6 V. The receiver has a 4.8 V 300 mAh NiMH that measured 5.2 V. As you can see the voltage looks great, but I'm wondering if under a load they fail to put out the required amperage. I have had car batteries that showed good voltage, but would not pass the load test. The collar is several years old and has never had the batteries replaced. I'm headed to Batteries Plus this week. I'm sure they can fix me up, but I thought I'd ask if anyone has experienced something like this.
Thanks,
David Kennedy
