Well UK courts have ruled on multiple occasstions (check dis out)that McDonalds have no legal right to the prefix Mc doesn't belong to them. It's basically so long as it doesn't mislead people into thinking that the place is associated with McDonalds it's fair play. I would say that McCurry probably is misleading as the banner thing is clearly a rip-off.
