OK, just the facts without comment:
Max received an email from Wayne Clapham on Sunday night, containing the words which were subsequently published by Ryan Towriss (Gasworks staff).
As for the content of the email:
Wayne has a personal vendetta against the Gasworks and Max.
It is true that Ziggy, Mick, Myself and Steve Malley (from Rio's, Mannville and Exchange respectively) have had conversations as regards trying to work together with each other (not against anybody) to try and promote Bradford as a package and get more people back into the city.
None of us have any axe to grind with either Max or his club, we have not been plotting to work against him and we would ideally like him to be included in this. Max favours going it alone and does not like the cross-promotion idea, which we all respect and leave him to it.
Wayne was present at these meetings and has been looking at doing events himself at Balanga (the old Market Tavern). He has never done any promoting before and was hoping to learn by knocking around us.
Wayne has been told on several occasions not to let his personal feelings get in the way of anything. He has and in the process implicated all of us.
