A guy from a band wrote a song and posted it on Youtube about United Airlines after they broke his guitar on a flight and refused to pay compensation.
The airline contacted him after the song received nearly 4 million hits and went on global news stations – he told them to F off… Taylor the guitar makers had seen the song and given him a brand new guitar anyway…
