You are way ahead on the food ---based on your diet. The only thing I would say is watermelon --- just snack on it all day long or as often as possible.
The fatigue is normal---just have him listen to his body. Those days are relaxing/lounging days! I did try to force myself to walk outside each day ---even when I didn't feel like it. Some of the ladies have posted that sometimes another person has to encourage that walk or accompany you. The onc said it was also good for natural vitamin D on sunny days. Karen has a point --
make sure he wears a cap outside or uses sunscreen on his head.
