I am sorry that you have to join our group, but this is a great group of women.
You will see more activity on the newbie board so you might want to repost there.
If you read past posts on the newbie board you will see lots of advise. The biggest thing is to drink tons of water -- day before chemo, day of, and days after. If you are having a Neulasta shot 24 hours after chemo then ask the onc for permission to take Claritin --- it helps with the bone pain for most of us.
