Can't emphasize enough how important hydration is!!!!! Crystal Light, ginger ale, vitiman water, whatever!!!!! Just drink small sips all day long. You don't need to drink an 8 oz glass every hour. Just sip whatever it may be you can tolerate.
If you guys are having any constipation, please get some Natural Calm at any health food store and take 1 tsp in hot water morning, noon and night, and that problem is instantly solved, plus you are getting a vital mineral - magnesium.
