Hi,
My 75 year old mother will be getting a 12 week round of taxotere and cytoxan soon. I read about all the side-effects. I'm trying to plan for her support between my brother and I. It is my understanding that women don't get all the side-effects and get them to different degrees. Is there anything predictable that I can count on (except the hair loss)? She lives alone. Will she need someone to live with her? Will she have days that she won't even want to get out of bed? How debilitated will she get?
I appreciate any help any of you brave ladies can give me. Thank you!
