Ahh yes hair loss is one of the hardest things to deal with as a woman, we love our manes they define us. I had very long thick besutiful hair my whole life (Im 42)
I managed to keep my eyelashes & brows throughout treatment and about 2 weeks after it ended I lost everything I actually looked my absolute worse after treatment, this is echoed by many, its cumalative
People think your done, and think we should look normal immediately no it's actually the reversed we look beat up after our battle
The good news your eyebrows/eyelashes come in fast & furious once they reappear, really quick!
I finished treatment 9/8/11 by end of Oct by brows were pretty good my lashes are now long enough for mascara (and no need for false eyelashes) This whole thing is a waiting game.
Its now 6 months post and I can go without a wig and look normal my hair is about 2-3 inches my lashes & brows are back to normal.
Tell her try to be patient it will come back, fast when it finally emerges.
