Elaine,
I did not travel internationally while on chemo, but I did fly within the US. My suggestion would be to call your onc. He/she will advise you of any travel restrictions. In addition, I would spend the little bit of extra money to purchase travel insurance just in case you end up not being to go for one reason or another.
